GENERAL

If you are a private individual, the Distance Contracts Act (see below regarding the right of withdrawal) and the Consumer Sales Act apply, which has strict provisions, which means that the law applies, even if you have agreed otherwise. For companies, including sole traders, the Sale of Goods Act applies, which is dispositive, meaning that agreements between companies take precedence over the law.

We comply with the Personal Data Act (PUL). When you, as a private individual, register and place your order, you also agree that we store and use your personal data in our business in order to best fulfill our commitments to you. We protect your data in accordance with PUL, and you have the right to access the data and to have it deleted if you so wish.

Should any condition be found invalid according to what applies under Swedish or EU law, this shall not mean that the terms of purchase in their entirety become invalid, but the invalid condition shall in that case be replaced with equivalent legal text.

DELIVERY TERMS

Normal delivery time is around 4-7 working days for our Fine Art posters. During peak season it may take longer.

We ship orders with different shipping companies depending on the country the order is sent to. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company.

If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and make a damage report. Do not collect a damaged parcel!

If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling by the post office or the transport company, you should contact them and make a claim. If you cannot resolve any dispute with the post office or transport company, contact us. If you have ordered and do not collect your shipment before it is returned to us (parcels and letters approx. 14 days), we will invoice you 25 EUR for our work in handling the goods.

The shipping cost of an order is charged according to the type of product and destination - this is done automatically in the online store and the cost of shipping is reported at checkout. Pricing is based on the postage table for letters and parcels.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/CLAIM

We follow the law on distance contracts in accordance with the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered fault-free goods without giving any reason. Notification of this must be given as soon as possible, but no later than within fourteen (14) days of the item being received (does not apply to specially ordered items).

There is always a guarantee on the products you buy (1 year). If you can demonstrate that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, you will always receive new parts, however, the warranty does not apply to wear and tear damage. You pay the return shipping yourself. For refund - We will only refund to the same payment method you used when placing your order.

SMS SENDING

The mobile phone number you enter at checkout may be used for SMS notification of delivery or other communication relating to your order.

PRINTING ERRORS ETC.

We reserve the right against possible printing errors and against errors in information and specifications regarding goods and services that appear in our range.
